Hereafter the NGO “Ukrainian Association of Numerology” is referred to as “we”, and the website https://uan.org.ua/ as “our site”. We determine what personal data of yours will be processed, for what purpose and in what manner.

2. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our website https://uan.org.ua/ and the services of the Association to which access is given through that site, including the subscriber’s personal account.
3. What data do we collect, and why?
The data we collect falls into two categories: technical information, and data provided to us by the user.
Technical information. When you visit our site, certain data is collected automatically. It is needed for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the site. This includes: IP address, UTM parameters, approximate geolocation, type of device and type of browser, cookies, and data about your interaction with the site (session ID): the name of the site you came from, the pages and functions you used, and the actions you take on the site.
Data provided by the user. In order to provide a service and to communicate with you, we collect data through the forms on the site:
• surname, first name and patronymic (or first name) — identification of the user, placing an order or a request, compiling statistics, fulfilling the aims set out in our Statute, and preventing abuse;
• date of birth — this is the principal input for a numerological reading: without it the service cannot be provided;
• email address — sending the result of a reading and access details, correspondence, and informing you about the services and activities of the Association;
• telephone number and Telegram (where given) — contact regarding an order or a request, and informing you;
• first name and surname in Latin script — solely for creating a corporate address of the form name@uan.org.ua for subscribers and members of the Association;
• information about your experience in numerology and a short account of yourself — only in the membership application, for the consideration of the application and the conduct of the interview;
• the text of your request or question — for forming the content of a reading or consultation;
• payment data (amount, number and status of the payment) — confirmation of payment, client support, handling of enquiries and accounting.
Important: we neither receive nor store the details of your payment card. They are processed directly by the payment service on its own secure page; only the result of the payment is passed to us.
You may unsubscribe from our mailings at any moment through the ordinary means of the relevant channel (for example, the “Unsubscribe” button in an email), after which we shall cease using the data you provided for that purpose. You may also send a corresponding request to info@uan.org.ua.
4. On what legal grounds do we process data?
• Performance of a contract — when you order a reading, a consultation, a subscription or access to the services of the Association, the processing of data is necessary in order to provide the service.
• Your consent — for sending informational and marketing messages, and for the use of non-essential cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any moment.
• Compliance with a legal obligation — accounting, tax records, and responses to lawful requests from state authorities.
• Our legitimate interest — ensuring the operation and security of the site, preventing abuse and fraud, and keeping statistics.
5. How readings are produced: the processing of data by artificial intelligence
Part of our services is produced with the use of artificial intelligence models. For this, your name, date of birth and the text of your request are transmitted to a cloud artificial intelligence service which, on the basis of the Association’s methodology, produces the text of the reading.
Under the terms of the cloud service provider, data transmitted in this way is not used to train its models.
In those formats that provide for the involvement of an expert, the generated text is additionally checked and refined by a certified numerologist of the Association.
Completed readings are stored so that you have access to them in your account, and may be deleted at your request.
6. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for 48 months. Data required for accounting and tax records is kept for the period established by law.
You may exercise your right to have your data deleted. In that case your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request, apart from data we are obliged by law to retain.
7. Do we pass data to third parties?
We use your data to carry out the activity set out in our Statute and to fulfil our obligations under the agreements concluded with you. We do not sell your personal data.
Compliance with the law. We shall disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary: to comply with a state request, a court order or the applicable law; to prevent unlawful use of our site or breach of its terms of use and of our policies; to defend against claims by third parties; and to assist in preventing or investigating fraud.
Service providers (processors). We engage providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and with technical and organisational safeguards in place:
• Google LLC — records of requests and orders, storage of completed readings, the cloud artificial intelligence service used to produce readings, corporate accounts on the uan.org.ua domain, sign-in through a Google account, and advertising and analytics services;
• WayForPay (LLC “Wayforpay”) — acceptance of payments; this service processes your card details itself;
• Kwiga — the learning platform on which access to the courses is given: the subscriber’s name, email address and telephone number are transmitted;
• Vercel Inc. — hosting of the website and server logs (including IP address).
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (in particular to keep your sign-in session), as well as analytics and advertising cookies to assess the effectiveness of the site and of advertising campaigns.
Non-essential cookies are used on the basis of your consent. You may manage or delete them in your browser settings — though disabling the necessary cookies may make some functions of the site unavailable.
9. Do we transfer your data beyond Ukraine and the EEA?
Yes. Some of our providers (named in section 7) process data on servers situated outside Ukraine — in particular in countries of the European Economic Area and in the United States of America.
In such cases the transfer takes place under agreements with the providers containing standard contractual clauses for the protection of data, and subject to the application of appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Payment data is processed by the payment service within Ukraine.
10. What rights do you have over your data?
As a data subject you have the following rights:
• The right of access — you may request an explanation of how your personal data is processed.
• The right to rectification — you may require the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to portability — you may request all the data you have provided to us, and request its transfer to another controller.
• The right to restriction of processing — you may forbid us, in part or in whole, to process your personal data.
• The right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any moment.
• The right to erasure — you may send us a request for the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
To exercise your rights, send us an email at info@uan.org.ua.
If your request has not been satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, at omb@ombudsman.gov.ua.
11. How we update this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy, and the legal relations falling within its scope, are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
The applicable laws and requirements for the processing of personal data may change. In that case we shall publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on the site. Should we make substantial changes affecting your privacy, we shall notify you by email or display the information on the website and ask for your consent.
