REGULATIONS
on membership
of the non-governmental organisation
“Ukrainian Association of Numerology”
1. General provisions
1.1. These Membership Regulations of the non-governmental organisation “UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF NUMEROLOGY” (hereafter, the Organisation) are an internal document of the Organisation and operate together with its Statute.
1.2. These Regulations determine the procedure for acquiring and terminating membership of the Organisation, the rights and duties of members, and the manner of their registration within the Organisation.
1.3. In these Regulations the terms “member of the Organisation” and “member of the association” are used as equivalents. In the event of any discrepancy between these Regulations and the Statute of the Organisation, the provisions of the Statute apply.
2. Membership of the Organisation
2.1. The “UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF NUMEROLOGY” is open to the admission (and departure) of new members on the terms set out in these Regulations.
2.2. Members of the Organisation may be natural persons who have reached the age of 18, who have not been declared legally incapable by a court, who have practical experience of numerological consulting, who share the aims and directions of the Organisation’s activity and who agree to fulfil the duties placed upon them by these Regulations, the Statute and other internal documents of the Organisation.
2.3. Members of the Organisation, from the moment of its state registration, are the Founders of the Organisation, as well as any persons who joined the Organisation after its state registration, subject to the relevant provisions of these Regulations and of the Statute of the Organisation.
2.4. Every member of the Organisation has the right to terminate their membership voluntarily.
2.5. The Organisation has two levels of membership: the first level is “Associate member of the organisation” (abbreviated as “Member of the association”), and the second is “Honorary member of the organisation”.
2.6. The status of “Associate member of the organisation” is acquired at the candidate’s wish, on the basis of an application for that status and a questionnaire submitted to the Organisation, following an interview and after a corresponding decision of the President of the Organisation.
2.7. Candidates who have obtained a diploma of the Organisation upon completing its training and examination are admitted without an interview — on the basis of an application and a questionnaire.
2.8. The forms of application for admission and for a change of membership status, the form of the questionnaire, and the forms of membership certificates of the Organisation in Ukrainian and in English, are approved by resolution of the General Meeting.
2.9. The status of “Honorary member of the organisation” is acquired at the member’s wish after three years of participation as an “Associate member of the organisation”, on the basis of an application for transfer to the status of “Honorary member”, and following a decision of the President of the Organisation issued as an order.
2.10. The Founders of the Organisation acquire the status of “Honorary member of the organisation” automatically.
3. Rights and duties of members of the Organisation
3.1. Associate members of the Organisation are natural persons who share the ideas and aims of the Organisation and who support the Organisation through membership and other contributions in accordance with these Regulations.
3.1.1. Associate members receive access to the informational and methodological resources of the Organisation (mailings, closed chats, live broadcasts, webinars, bulletins, reviews and so forth) and have the right to submit proposals, applications and complaints for the consideration of the governing bodies of the Organisation.
3.1.2. Associate members receive access to the educational programmes of the Organisation and have the right to a discount on participation, the size of which is established by a separate decision of the President of the Organisation.
3.1.3. Associate members are obliged to observe these Regulations, the Statute of the Organisation, the resolutions of the General Meeting and other internal documents of the Organisation.
3.1.4. Associate members do not have the right to vote at the General Meeting, and may not be elected to or take part in the work of the governing bodies of the Organisation.
3.2. Honorary members of the Organisation have the right:
3.2.1. to take part in the statutory activity and the events of the Organisation;
3.2.2. to take part in the General Meeting of the Organisation with the right to vote;
3.2.3. to head, to be elected to and to take part in the governing bodies of the Organisation in accordance with its Statute;
3.2.4. to submit proposals, applications and complaints for the consideration of the governing bodies of the Organisation;
3.2.5. to receive information and explanations concerning the activity of the Organisation — subject to the protection of confidential information and personal data;
3.2.6. to have access to the financial and other reports of the Organisation;
3.2.7. to receive access to the informational and methodological resources of the Organisation, to material of a methodological nature, to research programmes and their results, to training programmes and to the methodological and educational materials developed by the Organisation, as well as methodological and financial assistance in their own projects connected with realising the aims of the Organisation.
3.3. Honorary members of the Organisation are obliged:
3.3.1. to observe these Regulations, the Statute of the Organisation, the resolutions of the General Meeting and other internal documents of the Organisation;
3.3.2. to take part in the work of working groups and committees and in the projects of the Organisation;
3.3.3. to be guided by the principles and foundations of the Organisation’s activity;
3.3.4. to take care of the good reputation of the Organisation.
4. Acquisition of membership of the Organisation
4.1. The decision to admit a person to membership of the Organisation is taken by the President of the Organisation (in their absence, by the Vice-President) and is issued as an order.
4.2. The status of member of the Organisation is acquired on the basis of an application for admission and a questionnaire, signed and submitted by the applicant to the Organisation in paper or electronic form (a scanned copy or a photograph), and following an interview, save in the case provided for by clause 2.7.
4.3. A decision on the application is given to the applicant within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date on which the application and questionnaire were submitted.
4.4. The application for admission is considered by the President of the Organisation, who decides upon the inclusion of the applicant among the members of the Organisation.
4.5. The fact of admission to membership of the Organisation and the status of that membership are confirmed by a corresponding certificate.
4.6. Persons meeting the requirements of clause 2.2 of these Regulations are admitted to membership of the Organisation on the basis of an application and a questionnaire, in which the applicant confirms the undertaking to comply with the Statute of the Organisation and also gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the statutory tasks and the law in force.
4.7. The President of the Organisation enters the corresponding record in the Register of Members of the Organisation no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the application and questionnaire.
4.8. Persons who joined the Organisation after its state registration acquire the status of members from the moment the corresponding decision is taken in accordance with these Regulations.
4.9. The President of the Organisation has the right to refuse a person admission to membership of the Organisation, in particular where the candidate does not meet the requirements of clause 2.2 of these Regulations.
5. Registration of members of the Organisation
5.1. The Organisation maintains a Register of the current members of the Organisation.
6. Procedure for the payment of membership contributions
6.1. Members of the Organisation are obliged to pay their membership contributions on time, in accordance with the status of their membership.
6.2. Members’ contributions and the monies received from them are used by the Organisation to realise its statutory aims and to carry out its current activity and tasks.
6.3. The amounts of designated and monthly membership contributions, the manner of their payment and the purpose of their use are established by these Regulations and by decisions of the President of the Organisation.
6.4. The amounts of all kinds of membership contributions are established in the national currency of Ukraine, the hryvnia. Contributions in other currencies are permitted, at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day the contribution is transferred.
6.5. If, before the beginning of a new financial year, the President of the Organisation has not made changes to the amounts of membership contributions, those amounts are deemed extended for the following financial year.
6.6. Members of the Organisation have the right to pay voluntary designated contributions and charitable donations.
6.7. Contributions are paid into the account of the Organisation, including by means of electronic payment instruments and the payment services (acquiring) used by the Organisation.
6.8. When paying contributions, members of the Organisation state the type of payment: monthly membership contribution; annual membership contribution; designated contribution (with the name of the event, project or programme); charitable donation. Where payment is made through a payment service, the type of payment is determined by the purpose of payment selected on the site.
6.9. Contributions are deemed paid from the moment the funds are received into the account of the Organisation.
6.10. Upon joining the Organisation, applicants pay the membership contribution for the first month within 5 (five) days of receiving notice of their admission to the Organisation. The first month of membership begins from the moment the decision is taken to grant the applicant the status of member of the Organisation.
6.11. The monthly membership contribution is paid within 10 (ten) calendar days after the expiry of one month from the payment of the previous membership contribution. At the member’s wish, payment may be made in advance.
6.12. At the request of the President of the Organisation, members send confirmation of payment of a contribution in electronic or paper form.
6.13. Oversight of the correctness and timeliness of payment of all kinds of contributions is exercised by a person appointed by the President of the Organisation.
6.14. Designated contributions are paid by members of the Organisation to finance particular programmes, projects, campaigns or events. Designated contributions are obligatory for all members of the Organisation where the corresponding resolution has been approved by the General Meeting, or voluntary — in which case they confer the right to take part in a particular programme, project, campaign or event of the Organisation and to receive its results.
6.15. The amounts of obligatory designated contributions are the same for all members of the Organisation. The amounts of voluntary designated contributions may differ.
6.16. In the event of non-payment, incomplete payment or late payment of an obligatory designated contribution, the member of the Organisation is restricted in their right to take part in the corresponding programme, project, campaign or event and to make use of its results.
6.17. Members of the Organisation have the right to make charitable donations to the Organisation in any reporting period and in any amount (over and above the established sum of membership contributions), for the realisation of the statutory aims and tasks of the Organisation.
7. Amounts of membership contributions
7.1. No admission fee is payable in the Organisation.
7.2. The monthly membership contribution of an associate member of the Organisation is 500 (five hundred) hryvnias.
7.3. Honorary members of the Organisation do not pay a monthly membership contribution. The status of honorary member is granted for significant achievement and contribution to the activity of the Organisation.
8. Remuneration for participation in the products of the Organisation
8.1. Members of the Organisation of both levels have the right to remuneration for participation in the paid products of the Organisation, amounting to 50% of the price of the corresponding service as stated on the official site of the Organisation.
8.2. Individual consultations and readings: for a consultation or reading carried out under the auspices of the Organisation, the member of the Organisation receives 50% of the price of the corresponding service.
8.3. Numerological council: 50% of the price of the service is divided among all the specialists who took part in the council.
8.4. Partner (ambassador) remuneration: where a service of the Organisation is purchased using a member’s personal promo code, the member receives 50% of the sum actually paid by the client.
8.5. The free services of the Organisation (in particular the online calculator and free readings) carry no remuneration.
8.6. The particular amounts of remuneration for individual products, and the manner and timing of their payment, may be specified further by decision of the President of the Organisation, and may not be lower than the amounts established by this section.
9. Termination of membership of the Organisation
9.1. Membership of the Organisation is terminated on the basis of: an application by the member addressed to the President of the Organisation; or a resolution of the General Meeting or of a body authorised by it.
9.2. Where a member of the Organisation expresses the wish to leave the Organisation, that member submits an application to leave, in free form, to the Organisation.
9.3. Membership is terminated on the day such an application is submitted and requires no further resolution of the General Meeting of the Organisation. From that same day the member ceases to hold any elective office within the Organisation.
9.4. Upon voluntary departure from or exclusion from membership of the Organisation, designated and membership contributions are not refunded.
9.5. Membership of the Organisation terminates upon the death of the member. Membership is personal and does not pass to other persons.
9.6. Termination of membership is not grounds for the termination or non-performance of any obligations under civil-law or employment contracts.
9.7. Termination of membership entails the cessation of the person’s tenure of office.
9.8. The General Meeting of the Organisation, or a body authorised by it, adopts a resolution to exclude a member of the Organisation in the event of: repeated breach of the requirements of the Statute; acts or omissions incompatible with the aims of the Organisation; acts or omissions causing significant material or non-material harm to the Organisation; non-participation in the activity of the Organisation over the previous 6 (six) months, where this is not connected with illness; non-payment of the membership contribution for 2 (two) consecutive months without notifying the Organisation of a deferral or instalment of payment.
9.9. The member of the Organisation is notified of a resolution on exclusion in writing — by post or by email to the address given in the questionnaire. In the event of exclusion, membership is deemed terminated from the date such notice is sent.
10. Final provisions
10.1. Amendments and additions to these Regulations are adopted by the President of the Organisation, unless the Statute of the Organisation provides otherwise.
10.2. These Regulations operate together with the Statute of the Organisation and its other internal documents.
