REGULATIONS
on membership
in the public organization
“UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF NUMEROLOGY”
1. General provisions
1.1. Regulations on Membership in the Public Organization “UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF NUMEROLOGY”1.2 This Regulation defines the procedure for acquiring and terminating membership in the Organization, the rights and obligations of members, and the procedure for their registration in the Organization.
2. Membership in the Organization
2.1 Ukrainian Association of Numerology is open for entry (withdrawal) of new Members.
2.2. Members of the Organization may be individuals who have reached the age of 14 and have not been declared incapacitated by a court, share the purpose and activities of the Organization and agree to perform the duties assigned to them by this Regulation, the Statute and other internal documents of the Organization.
2.3. The Founders of the Organization, as well as any Members who joined the Organization after its state registration, shall be the Members of the Organization from the moment of state registration, taking into account the relevant articles of this Regulation and the Charter of the Organization.
2.4. Each Member of the Organization shall have the right to voluntarily terminate its membership in the Organization.
2.5. There are two levels of membership in the Public Organization “UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF NUMEROLOGY” - the first level is “Associate Member of the Organization” (abbreviated as “Member of the Association”), the second level is “Honorary Member”.
2.6 The status of “Associate Member” is acquired at the request of the candidate on the basis of an application for the appropriate status and a questionnaire submitted to the Board of the Organization, and after the relevant decision of the President or Vice President of the NGO.
2.7. Forms of Applications for membership and for changing the status of membership, the form of the Questionnaire, as well as forms of Certificates of membership in the Organization in Ukrainian and English shall be adopted by the decision of the General Meeting.
2.8. The status of “Honorary Member” shall be acquired at the request of the Member, after three years of participation in the status of “Associate Member”, on the basis of the Application for transfer to the status of “Honorary Member” submitted to the Organization and after the relevant decision of the governing body of the Organization. Also, the status of “Honorary Member” is acquired by order of the President or Vice President of the NGO. The decision is considered legitimate if it has the signatures of the President and the Vice President of the NGO.
2.9.The founders of the Organization automatically acquire the status of “Honorary Member of the Organization”.
3. Rights and obligations of members of the Organization
3.1 Associate members of the Organization, rights and obligations.
3.1.1. Associate Members of the Organization are individuals who share the ideas and goals of the Organization, support the Organization with membership fees and other contributions in accordance with this Regulation.
3.1.2. Associate Members of the Organization have access to the information and methodological resources of the Organization (mailings, closed chats in Telegram, live broadcasts, webinars, newsletters, reviews, etc.) and have the right to submit proposals, applications and complaints for consideration by the governing bodies of the Organization.
3.1.3. Associate members of the Organization have access to the educational programs of the Organization, are entitled to a discount, the amount of which is regulated by a separate resolution of the President of the Organization.
3.1.4. Associate members of the Organization are obliged to comply with this Regulation, the provisions of the Statute of the Organization, decisions of the General Meeting of the Organization, and other internal documents of the Organization;
3.1.5. Associate members of the Organization shall not have the right to vote, may not be elected and participate in the work of the governing bodies of the Organization.
3.2. Honorary Members of the Organization, rights and obligations.
3.2.1. An Honorary Member of the Organization has the right to:
3.2.1.1. participate in the statutory activities and events of the Organization;
3.2.1.2. participate in the General Meeting of the Organization with the right to vote;
3.2.1.3. to head, be elected and participate in other
governing bodies of the Organization in accordance with the Statute of the Organization;
3.2.1.4. submit proposals, applications and complaints to the governing bodies of the Organization
of the Organization;
3.2.1.5. receive information and explanations regarding the activities of the Organization
of the Organization, subject to the protection of confidential information and
and personal data;
3.2.1.6. have access to the financial and other reports of the Organization.
3.2.1.7 Honorary members of the Organization shall have access to the information methodological resources of the Organization (mailings, bulletins, reviews, etc.), to information of a methodological nature, programs and results of research, training programs, methodological and educational materials developed by the Organization, receive methodological and financial assistance in their own projects related to the implementation of the purpose of the Organization.
3.2.2. Honorary members of the Organization are obliged to:
3.2.2.1. comply with this Regulation, the provisions of the Statute of the Organization, decisions of the General Meeting of the Organization, and other internal documents of the Organization;
3.2.2.2. participate in the activities of working groups, committees and participate in the projects of the Organization;
3.2.2.3. to be guided by the principles and principles of the Organization's activities;
3.2.2.4. take care of maintaining the good reputation of the Organization.
4. Acquisition of membership in the NGO “Ukrainian Association of Numerology”.
4.1 The decision to become a member of the Organization shall be made by the President or Vice-President and supported by an order signed by the President and Vice-President.
4.2. Acquisition of the status of a Member of the Organization is carried out in accordance with this Regulation on the basis of the Application for membership and the Questionnaire signed and submitted by
by the applicant to the Organization in paper or electronic form (scanned copy
or photograph).
4.3. The order on the membership status shall be provided to the applicant within two months from the date of submission of the Application and the Questionnaire.
4.4. The application for membership in the Organization is considered by the President of the NGO, who makes a decision on the inclusion of the applicant in the membership of the Organization.
4.5. The fact of admission to membership in the Organization and the status of membership shall be confirmed by the relevant certificate.
4.6. Individuals who meet the requirements of clause 2.2. of this Regulation shall be admitted to the membership of the Organization on the basis of a written Application and Questionnaire (in electronic or paper form), in which the member of the Organization confirms the obligation to comply with the Statute of the Organization, and also agrees to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the statutory tasks and applicable law.
4.7. The President or Vice-President shall make a decision on membership in the Organization and make a corresponding entry in the Register of Members of the Organization no later than two months after receiving a written Application and Questionnaire (in electronic or paper form).
4.8. Individuals who have joined the Organization after state registration shall acquire the status of Members from the moment the relevant decision is made in accordance with the relevant articles of this Regulation.
4.9. The President of the NGO has the right to refuse to admit a person to membership in the Organization.
5. Registration of members of the Organization
5.1. The Organization keeps a Register of full members of the Organization.
6. Procedure for payment of entrance and membership fees
6.1. General provisions:
6.1.1. All members of the Organization are obliged to pay the entrance fee on time and
timely pay membership fees in accordance with the status of their membership.
6.1.2. Contributions of members and cash receipts from contributions of members of the Organization
shall be used by the Organization for the realization of the statutory purpose, current
activities and tasks of the Organization.
6.1.3. The amount of entrance, target and monthly membership fees, the procedure for their payment and the purpose of their use shall be established by decisions of the President or Vice President.
6.1.4. The amounts of all types of membership fees shall be set in the national currency of Ukraine - UAH.

6.1.4.1. Contributions in other currencies are allowed - in accordance with the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day of transfer of the contribution.
6.1.5. If the President or the Vice President does not make changes to the amount of membership fees before the beginning of the new fiscal year, they shall be considered prolonged for the next fiscal year.
6.1.6. Members of the Organization have the right to pay targeted voluntary contributions and charitable donations.
6.1.7. The entrance and monthly membership fees, targeted contributions and charitable donations shall be paid to the current account of the Organization.
6.1.8. When paying entrance and monthly membership fees, targeted contributions and charitable donations, members of the Organization are obliged to clearly indicate the type of payment in the payment documents:
- entrance fee
- monthly membership fee;
- annual membership fee;
- targeted contribution to (name of the event, project, program, etc.);
- charitable donation.
6.1.9. If a member of the Organization does not pay the entrance, target, monthly or annual membership fee within the established period and does not notify the Board of the Organization of a deferred or installment payment, the issue of his membership in the Organization shall be considered at the General Meeting in order to exclude him from the membership of the Organization. Notification of the decision to expel shall be sent in writing by mail (in paper form) or by e-mail (in electronic form) to the address specified in the application form. The decision of the General Meeting of the Organization on this issue is final.
6.1.10. The Commercial Director or accountant of the Organization shall control the correctness and timeliness of payment of all types of membership and targeted contributions.
6.2. Initiation and monthly membership fees:
6.2.1. The entrance and monthly membership fees form a fund, the funds from which are spent exclusively on projects, events, current activities and tasks for the realization of the statutory purpose of the Organization. The Commercial Director or accountant of the Organization shall monitor the targeted use of funds from the fund.
6.2.2. Upon joining the Organization, applicants shall pay an entrance fee and a membership fee for the first month. In this case, the first month of membership begins from the moment the President makes a decision to grant the applicant any of the statuses of a member of the Organization provided for in clause 2.5. of this Regulation.
6.2.3. The entrance fee shall be paid in full in a single lump sum within five (5) days after receipt of the notification of admission to the Organization.
6.2.4. The membership fee for the first month shall be paid within 5 (five) days after receipt of the notice of admission to the Organization.
6.2.5. The monthly membership fee shall be paid within 10 (ten) calendar days after the expiration of one month from the date of payment of the previous membership fee, but no later than the 10th day of each month. At the request of a member of the organization, the monthly membership fee may be paid in advance.
6.2.6. At the request of the President or the Vice President (set forth in an electronic message (letter) and/or expressed during a telephone conversation), to confirm the payment of the entrance, monthly membership fee, members of the Organization shall send to the Organization a copy of the payment order for the transfer of the fee with a bank stamp or a copy of the receipt, or confirm payment in another way in electronic or paper form.
6.2.7. The entrance fee and monthly membership fees shall be deemed paid from the moment the funds are credited to the current account of the Organization.
6.3 Special Purpose Contributions:
6.3.1. Special purpose contributions are paid by members of the Organization to finance its individual programs, projects, campaigns, or individual events.
6.3.2. Earmarked contributions are:
6.3.2.1. voluntary for payment by the members of the Organization, which gives them the right to participate in a particular program, project, campaign or individual event of the Organization and receive their results.
6.3.2. The amount of voluntary targeted contributions may be different for different members of the Organization.
6.3.3 Members of the Organization shall pay targeted contributions within the period approved by the General Meeting of Members of the Organization or conclude a protocol of agreement with the President of the Organization on the schedule of payment of this contribution. In case of non-payment, incomplete payment or untimely payment of this contribution, the member of the Organization shall be deprived of the right (restricted in the right) to participate in the relevant program, project, campaign or event of the Organization and use its results in accordance with the procedure established by the General Meeting of Members of the Organization.
6.4. Charitable donations:
6.4.1 Members of the Organization have the right to transfer to the Organization in any reporting period and in any amount of charitable donations (in excess of the established amount of membership fees) for the implementation of the statutory purpose and objectives of the Organization.
7. Amounts of entrance and monthly membership fees:
7.1.1. The size of the entrance fee of an associate member of the organization is one (1) UAH.
7.1.2. The amount of the monthly fee of an associate member of the organization is 1000 (one thousand) UAH.
7.2.1. The amount of the monthly fee of an honorary member of the Organization is 500 (five hundred) UAH.
8. Amounts of remuneration from participation in UAS products
8.1. Associate members:
8.1.1. Numerological calculator. For each analysis performed, an associate member receives a remuneration of 50% of the cost indicated on the official website.
8.1.2. Numerological Consultation. The remuneration for participation in a numerological consultation is 10% of the total cost indicated on the official website for each Associate Member who participated in it.
8.1.3. Individual consultations. The remuneration for consultations held under the auspices of the UAS is 50% of the total cost indicated on the official website.
8.2. Honorary members:
8.2.1. Numerological calculator. For each analysis conducted, an honorary member receives a fee of 100% of the cost indicated on the official website.
8.2.2. Numerological Consultation. The remuneration for participation in a numerological consultation is 10% of the total cost indicated on the official website for each Honorary Member who participated in it.
8.2.3 Individual consultations. The remuneration for consultations conducted by an honorary member under the auspices of the UAS is 100% of the total cost indicated on the official website.
7. Termination of membership in the Organization
7.1. Termination of membership in the Organization occurs on the basis of:
7.1.1. a written application of a member submitted to the President or Vice President of the Organization.
7.1.2. decision of the General Meeting or its authorized body.
7.2. In case of the will of the Member to withdraw from the Organization, such Member shall submit an application for withdrawal in any form or send such an application to the Board of the Organization.
7.3. Membership is terminated from the date of submission of such an application and does not require additional decisions of the General Meeting of the Organization. From the same day, the Member's stay in any elected positions of the Organization shall be terminated.
7.4. In case of voluntary withdrawal or expulsion from the Organization, entrance, target and membership fees are not refundable.
7.5. Membership in the Organization shall be terminated in the event of the death of an individual member of the Organization, and shall be transferred to the heir with the consent of the General Meeting of Members of the Organization.
7.6. Termination of membership shall not be grounds for termination or failure to fulfill any obligations under civil law or employment contracts.
7.7. Termination of membership shall entail the termination of the person's tenure.
7.8. The General Meeting of the Organization or its authorized body shall decide to expel a member of the Organization in the event of:
7.8.1. repeated violation of the requirements of the Statute;
7.8.2. committing by a member of the Organization of actions or omissions incompatible with the purpose of the Organization;
7.8.3. commission by a member of the Organization of actions or omissions that cause significant
property or non-property damage to the Organization;
7.8.4. non-participation of a member of the Organization in the activities of the Organization during the previous 6 (six) months, if it is not related to illness.
7.9. Membership in the Organization shall be deemed terminated from the date of sending the decision to terminate membership in the Organization to the Member by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
8. Final provisions
8.1. Changes and additions to these Regulations shall be adopted by the President of the Organization.
